RETURN/ REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is our goal.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange it within 5 days ( from the date you receive it).

- Defective items or incorrect goods must email us within 5 days after you receive them. If over 5 days, we will not accept returns or refunds.
- For the return package, please keep it in its original state. (uncombed, unworn, unwashed, no dye or color and keep original package & gifts attached). Do not use your hands or tools to disrupt the curls or texture.
- For your convenience, we recommend shipping packages back by UPS/USPS with a tracking number. Please pay the shipping fee. Without proof of shipment, we will not refund you, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- We will deduct the corresponding cost if the products returns used or damaged.
